Today has to be the warmest sunniest Hallowe'en ever! 22degrees, coats off and a walk around the south part of Outsidereal: an art trail in Camden. We took to the streets with Mark Titchner and worked our way round the 6 south side venues. Starting at 5 Pancras Square, a pop across the road to Camley Street Nature park (no better place to be on a day like today), across Granary Square to House of Illustration (past the hundreds of carved pumpkins), then a hop, skip and a jump to The Horse Hospital (and another take in of their amazing current show), then to British Museum for badge collection to end (via Artangel's PLOT project at Holborn Library with Jose Damasceno) to The Fryers Delight for chips in the park.
As soon as it was up, it was down. 69 Camden High Street has now been sadly taken down, but 159 Camden High Street's display time has been extended and is now up till 7th November!
Last Thursday, we set off on a lovely afternoon stroll to #explorecamden and spot some art along the way.
We walked half of #Outsidereal, starting at Camden Arts Centre for a cup of tea, taking in the striking posters at the Roundhouse, picking up chips at Marathon Kebab House and ending at Camden Collective to see the eye-catching shop window designed by Mark & Simon. What a great afternoon! This week we'll be walking the other half of the trail.
